Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 17 May 2025

Crypto Seeker is a trading brand of AiGility Group LLC, a company incorporated in Sharjah Media City, United Arab Emirates, with trade licence no. 2538135.01, at the registered address Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We are not authorised or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and do not provide regulated claims management services in the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction. We are not a law firm or a virtual assets service provider (VASP), and we are therefore not required to be regulated by the Legal Affairs Department, Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE), Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), or the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA). We operate as a lead generation platform, referring enquiries to independent, qualified third-party professionals.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or submitting any case through our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms govern your access to and use of the CryptoSeeker.pro website ("Website") and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using this Website, submitting your details, or making any payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Our Role

Crypto Seeker is an information and lead-generation platform. We assist users in submitting cryptocurrency loss claims for preliminary review and assessment, and then refer qualifying claims to independent third-party recovery specialists, law firms, and blockchain analytics firms (“Partners”). Our role is limited to providing initial tracing checks and reports on suspected crypto asset loss, and where appropriate, introducing clients to qualified and regulated Partners. We do not provide legal advice, representation, or claims management services.

We collect case information from individuals who believe they have been victims of crypto-related scams. We do not offer legal or financial advice and make no guarantees of fund recovery. We will use our expertise and internal tools to carry out a preliminary investigation, providing a clear, professional report on whether recovery is feasible. If escalation is required, we’ll connect you with trusted partners who will set their own terms. We are not a Virtual Assets Service Provider (VASP) and are therefore not required to be licensed as a VASP or a CASP in any jurisdiction. CASP refers to Crypto Asset Service Provider, and has the same meaning as VASP for the purpose of these Terms.

2. How Our Service Works

When you submit a case through our website:

  • You will be asked to provide details of your crypto loss or scam experience.

  • You will pay a fixed, non-refundable admin fee to help us conduct preliminary assessments.

  • Our team will carry out basic fact-checking, including contacting crypto exchanges or wallet providers where possible.

  • We will prepare a clear, informative, professional report detailing our findings and proposed next steps for recovery.

  • If we believe your case requires further specialist investigation, we will refer it to a vetted external Partner.

  • Our Partner will contact you directly if you choose to proceed. Any further engagement or recovery process is subject to a separate agreement between you and the Partner.

3. Fees & Payments

  • We charge a modest fixed admin fee, which covers the cost for administration, initial tracing, utilising internal blockchain analysis tools, and carrying out our assessment and preparation of our report. In the event Crypto Seeker can't finalise the recovery in-house, we will make recommendations to refer your case to an expert third-party partner, who has the qualification and expertise to recover your crypto. This could include professional recovery firms or law firms, who may charge their own fees which can vary. Their fees will be determined by a range of factors including but not limited to, value of digital assets; type of assets; geographical location of wallet; applicable laws etc. Any costs or fees related to further legal or investigative services are between you and the third-party Partner, which they will confirm with you before taking your case on.

There are no hidden fees from Crypto Seeker whatsoever. What you see, is what you get.

4. User Obligations

By using our service, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate, honest, and not misleading.

  • You are the victim, or an authorised representative of the victim.

  • You understand that crypto asset recovery is complex, high-risk, and not guaranteed.

  • You agree not to hold us liable for any loss or failure arising from your dealings with a third-party Partner.

  • You will cooperate with any reasonable requests for additional information or documentation.

  • You will not use our Website for fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful purposes.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Success in recovery depends on numerous factors including jurisdiction, counterparty identity, asset traceability, technical data, and cooperation from exchanges or other parties.

You understand and accept that:

  • We do not guarantee the recovery of any funds, full or partial.
