Can you help me recover lost or stolen crypto?
We assess each case individually. If there's a viable path to recovery, whether through contact, tracing, legal action, or negotiation, we'll guide you through it. Some cases simply aren't recoverable, but we'll always give you our assessment, either directly or via our expert partners.
Who do you work with?

I've been scammed - what should I do first?
Time is of the essence. Gather any wallet addresses, transaction ID's, emails, or platform details you have and contact us right away. The more information you provide, the better the chances of tracking and recovery.

We charge a modest fixed admin fee of $199 to cover the costs of initial blockchain tracing and case assessment. This ensures you receive a clear, professional report on whether recovery is feasible before you spend significant sums with forensic firms or lawyers. If escalation is required, we’ll connect you with trusted partners who will set their own terms. By keeping our fee fixed and modest, we help you avoid the trap of paying twice for the same work.

When your case is referred to our partners, they have their own fee structure in place, which they will explain to you. There is no 'one-size fits all' pricing. Much of it depends on the complexity of your loss, amount and value of digital assets stolen, and time passed since the event occurred. We work with the most reputable partners in this space, and the reason we focus on UK-based firms, where possible, is due to their governing law, geographical location, and the high regulatory and ethical standards English firms are held to.
