How it Works

Tell Us What Happened

Use our secure online form to tell us what happened. We'll ask you for key details, such as what type of loss took place, when it occurred, how much was lost, and which platforms or wallets were involved.

We don't currently charge you for using our service. Our fees are agreed directly between Crypto Seeker and our third-party partners, if they take your case on.

Once submitted, you'll receive confirmation and our team gets to work.

Our team reviews your case details and begins initial background enquiries. This may include verifying wallet addresses, identifying known scam patterns, and even contacting the exchange or platform involved (where applicable).

We use in-house tools and publicly available blockchain intelligence to prepare your case for referral. If more information is needed, we will reach out to you directly using the contact details provided.

Our Partners Recover Your Crypto

Once your case is pre-qualified, we refer it to our panel of trusted recovery partners - including UK-regulated law firms and crypto tracing professionals.

They will assess the chances of recovery and contact you directly to discuss your options, legal routes, and their associated costs.

At this point, you'll deal directly with the experts. There are no hidden fees from us, and you're under no obligation to proceed with recovery services.
